Dan has more than 40 years in the field of Organizational Development and Human Resources ranging from individual contributor to Senior Manager. At AIM HR Solutions, Dan delivers onsite learning, development and ODHR services, as well as presenting AIM learning programs.

Dan holds a B.A. Sociology, State University of New York-Buffalo and an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University.

Dan has supported both large, sophisticated organizations and agile, high growth unstructured ones in the Manufacturing and Services sectors. Additionally, Dan has been a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University for over 20 years.
