Dick has an abundance of HR experience with several turnarounds and startups, helping to create the overall HR infrastructure. He’s worked on the implementation of several HRIS systems, realized successes in recruitment strategies, and created and delivered an array of leadership development programs for a variety of industries. 

He is a graduate of Hartwick College and received his J.D. from The National Law Center at George Washington University. 

Dick has worked in the fields of Manufacturing, Medical Device, Software and Biotech.
