Martha joined AIM HR Solutions with 10 years experience as a financial manager and 15 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, benefits and compensation. She has worked with both large and small companies and has experience in both union and non-union environments.

She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. She also is a graduate of the GE Financial Management program and holds the Six Sigma Certification.

Martha has worked with in the Aerospace and Manufacturing industry sectors.
