Mike has over three decades of comprehensive experience in Human Resources management. He works with companies in the areas of incentive and sales compensation, strategic planning, organization and succession planning, team building, training & development, employee and labor relations, and general management consultation.

Mike did his undergraduate work in Biology and Wildlife Science & Forestry at the University of Maine and Monmouth University and graduate work in Organizational Planning at Rutgers University.

He has significant HR experience working in the Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Healthcare and Retail industry sectors.
