Susan joined AIM HR Solutions with 35 years of experience split between manufacturing operations/management roles and senior level Human Resources positions. She has a passion for employee training and development and possesses strong HR leadership skills with specialties in succession planning, organizational development and compensation planning. 

Susan holds an M.B.A. and B.S. in Education from Framingham State University.

She has significant experience working with mid-size and global organizations in the Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Energy and Semiconductor industry sectors.
