Tally Lauter has more than 40 years of experience managing manufacturing organizations and leading Human Resource functions within companies.  He brings a hands-on approach to solving problems in an effort to build consensus as the resolution.  He has a wealth of experience working within unionized companies as well as within the public sector.

Tally has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida; an M.S. in Engineering Management from Northeastern University and a Certificate of Special Studies in Administration & Management from the Harvard University Extension School.

He is experienced working with Manufacturing, Service, Non-Profit  and Government industry sectors.
