One-on-One Remote Pay Equity Compliance Coaching for Small- and Medium-sized Employers

Before July 1 of this year, prudent employers will have taken the necessary steps to not only understand the details of the law but also to understand the advantage of the affirmative defense afforded in the law. So, if you are a small- or medium-sized employer*, where do you start?

Let an AIM HR Solutions’ compensation expert coach you through the development and implementation of a plan that can get you there. The work itself will still be done by you, but under focused and detailed direction and guidance. This unique offering comes in the form of five structured one-on-one screen-sharing sessions, estimated to be 1.5–2.0 hours each.

In between these sessions, you prepare for the next step. (Yes, homework.) 

If you have the skills in-house to understand job roles, collect relevant data, and work with basic Excel spreadsheets, this service could be a fit.
