State Provides Paid Leave Notices Required for Employees

The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave last week provided to employers the notice they must give to workers by May 31 of paid family and medical leave benefits and contribution rates outlined in the new paid-leave law. The notice, which may be provided electronically, must include the opportunity for an employee or self-employed individual to acknowledge receipt of the information.
